The Classic Watches have been an enduring design for the last 20 years; its character remains as fresh as the day it was born. The silver and black face creates an association with night and day, light and dark. The hands are colored black and silver, causing an illusion of transformation as they move from the light to the dark areas of the face.
These designs are included in the Design Study Collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
