The character of the 1950s was captured by George Nelson in the spirit of his collection of wall clocks. Today they remain delightfully fresh, infinitely modern and immensely popular.
The eight models selected by the Vitra Design Museum were designed between 1948 and the mid-1970s. These re-editions mirror the original designs right down to its smallest details. Not only the exact dimensions are replicated, but the construction techniques and materials used are perfectly replicated. Truly a piece of design history, and perfectly suited to any interior.
The re-edition of the Block Clock is made of wood and metal housing with water based acrylic lacquer and high-quality quartz movement.
Battery is included. Truly wonderful! |
